羟苯磺酸钙联合复方血栓通治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

Clinical Study of Calcium Dobesilate Combined with Compound Xueshuantong in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察羟苯磺酸钙联合复方血栓通治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效.方法:选取2019年1月至2020年3月于本院就诊的糖尿病视网膜病变患者126例,依随机数字表法分为观察组(n=63)和对照组(n=63).观察组采用羟苯磺酸钙联合复方血栓通治疗,对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,两组均治疗3个月.比较两组治疗3个月后临床疗效,治疗3个月后临床指标(出血斑面积、黄斑厚度、血管瘤体积、视野灰度值)及不良反应发生率.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组出血斑面积、黄斑厚度、血管瘤体积、视野灰度值均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:羟苯磺酸钙联用复方血栓通治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著,改善临床症状,且不会增加不良反应的发生率.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with Compound Xueshuantong in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.A random number table method was used to divide them into an observation group(n=63)and a control group(n=63).The observation group was treated with calcium dobesilate and Compound Xueshuantong,and the control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,both two groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes(bleeding spot area,macular thickness,hemangioma volume,visual field gray value)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the area of bleeding spot,macular thickness,hemangioma volume and gray value of visual field in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the clinical indexes of the observation group was lower when compared with the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Calcium dobesilate combined with Compound Xueshuantong has significant efficacy in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,which can improve clinical symptoms,without increasing adverse reactions.
