头孢克肟和头胞克洛治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染临床疗效的比较研究

Comparative Study on Clinical Effects of Cefixime and Cefaclor on Children with Acute Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察头孢克肟和头孢克洛治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染(ARI)的临床疗效.方法:83例ARI患儿依据随机数字表法分为头孢克肟组(n=41,头孢克肟干混悬剂治疗)和头孢克洛组(n=42,克洛己新干混悬剂治疗).比较两组临床症状缓解时间、血清指标及安全性.结果:头孢克洛组患儿咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞消失时间、退热时间均明显短于头孢克肟组(P<0.05).治疗后头孢克洛组患儿白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、前白蛋白(PA)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均明显优于头孢克肟组患儿(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:相比于头孢克肟干混悬剂,克洛己新干混悬剂治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染可有效缓解各临床症状,减轻患儿机体炎症反应,临床疗效显著,安全可靠.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of cefixime and cefaclor on children with acute respiratory tract infection(ARI).Methods:Eighty-three children with ARI were divided into cefixime group(n=41,cefixime for suspension)and cefaclor group(n=42,cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride for suspension).Clinical symptom relief time,serum indicator levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for cough,nasal congestion,and fever disappearing in cefaclor group was significantly shorter than that in the cefixime group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-a,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),prealbumin(PA),and procalcitonin(PCT)in cefaclor group were significantly improved,comparing with those in the cefixime group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions;Compared with cefixime for suspension,cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride for suspensioncan much more effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and inflammatory response in children with acute respiratory tract infection,with significant curative effect and safety.
