中晚期宫颈癌患者采用活血化淤法治疗的临床价值研究

Study on the Clinical Value of the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Cervical Cancer with the Method of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

目的:研究中晚期宫颈癌患者采用活血化淤法治疗的临床价值.方法:选自2017年3月至2018年9月于我院就诊的82例中晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组(n=41,化疗联合活血化淤法)和对照组(n=41,化疗).比较两组临床疗效、不良反应以及生活质量.结果:研究组总有效率(95.12%)明显高于对照组(82.93%)(P<0.05);研究组6例患者发生不良反应(14.63%),对照组5例患者发生不良反应(12.20%)(P>0.05);研究组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:活血化淤法治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者,临床疗效显著,有效改善患者生活质量,且安全性较高,临床可考虑将其推广应用.

Objective:To study the clinical value of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 82 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a study group(n=41,chemotherapy+activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis)and a control group(n=41,chemotherapy).Compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(95.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.93%)(P<0.05);6 patients in the study group had adverse reactions(14.63%),and 5 patients in the control group had adverse reactions(12.20%)(P>0.05);the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer has significant clinical effects,effectively improves the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.It can be considered for clinical application.
