关节镜下自体腱重建前交叉韧带治疗膝关节损伤及对Lysholm评分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨膝关节镜下自体健重建前交叉韧带治疗膝关节损伤的应用效果.方法:收集本院2019年5月至2020年6月收治的59例膝关节损伤患者的临床资料.根据不同的治疗方法分为A组(n=28,开放性手术骨圆针交叉内固定+钢丝韧带固定)与B组(n=31,膝关节镜下自体腱重建前交叉韧带).比较2组患者手术情况、手术前后体征评分、手术前后Lysholm评分、手术后并发症率情况.结果:B组术中出血量低于A组(P<0.05).手术后,B组膝关节稳定性、压痛、关节活动度、关节肿胀评分、并发症率均低于A组;Lysholm评分均高于B组(P<0.05).结论:采用膝关节下自体腱重建前交叉韧带治疗膝关节损伤,可有效减少手术损伤情况,提升患者的关节活动度及膝关节Lysholm评分. Objective:To investigate the effect of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with autogenous tendon under arthroscopy in the treatment of knee injuries.Methods:The clinical data of 59 patients with knee joint injury admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were collected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into group A(open surgical interlocking internal fixation of round bone needle combined with wire ligament fixation,n=28)and group B(autogenous tendon reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament under knee arthroscopy,n=31).The operation situation,preoperative and post-operative sign score,Lysholm score and post-operative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood.loss in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).After operation,the knee stability,tenderness,range of motion,joint swelling score and complication rate in group B were lower than those in group A;Lysholm score was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with autogenous tendon under knee joint can effectively reduce surgical injury and improve range of joint motion and Lysholm score of knee joint.
