鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery for Patients with Sinusitis and Nasal Polyp

目的:分析鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果.方法:选取2018年1月至2019年9月本院收治的鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者108例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为研究组(n=54)和对照组(n=54);研究组行鼻内镜手术,对照组行传统鼻息肉摘除手术.比较两组鼻腔功能、嗅觉功能及并发症.结果:术后两组鼻气道阻力、DCAN均下降,研究组低于对照;NMCA、NCV均上升,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后研究组嗅觉功能提高程度大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率为(7.41%)低于对照组总发生率(9.26%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者治疗时应用鼻内镜手术治疗,其可有效改善患者鼻腔功能以及嗅觉功能,且安全性高,值得临床推广运用.

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp.Methods:A total of 108 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and according to random number table methods,they were divided into study group(n=54)and control group(n=54).The study group received nasal endoscopic surgery,and the control group received traditional nasal polyp removal.Nasal function,olfactory function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Nasal airway resistance and DCAN decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group.NMCA and NCV in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of olfactory function in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the study group(7.41%)was lower than that in the control group(9.26%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp can effectively improve the nasal function and olfactory function,with high safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
