火针扬刺联合体外冲击波对膝骨性关节炎患者康复效果的影响

Influence of Fire Needle Pricking Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨火针扬刺联合体外冲击波对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的康复效果.方法:选取2019年4月至2020年10月郑州中医骨伤病医院收治的90例KOA患者作为研究对象,采用交替分组法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例).两组均行关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组采用体外冲击波治疗,观察组在体外冲击波治疗基础上联合火针扬刺治疗.比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后的膝关节功能(Lysholm膝关节功能评分表)、疼痛程度(视觉模拟评分法VAS).结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗4周后的Lysholm评分均增加,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗4周后的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:火针扬刺联合体外冲击波治疗KOA患者,可减轻患者膝关节疼痛程度,提高膝关节功能.

Objective:To investigate the rehabiliation effect of fire needle picking combined with extracorporeal shock wave in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:90 patients with KOA admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Orthopaedics from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,an altermating grouping method was used to divide them into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases).Both groups were treated first with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.And then,the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the observation group was treated with fire needle picking on the basis of the extracorporeal shock wave therapy.The knee function(Lysbolm knee function score)and pain degree(visual analogue scale,VAS)of the two groups were compared before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the Lysholm scores of both groups were increased after 4 weeks of treatment,and the observation group was higher in comparison with the control group,with statistical signifcant dfferences(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of both groups after 4 weeks of treatment were decreased,and the observation group was lower in comparison with the control group,with statistical significanl difterences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle picking combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of patients with KOA can reduce the degree of knee pain and improve knee function of patients.
