双歧杆菌四联活菌、消旋卡多曲联合治疗轮状病毒性腹泻患儿疗效的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Curative Effect of Combined Treatment of Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Bacteria and Racecadotril in Children with Rotavirus Diarrhea

目的:研究双歧杆菌四联活菌和消旋卡多曲联合治疗轮状病毒性腹泻患儿的临床疗效.方法:选取2019年10月至2020年4月本院收治的116例轮状病毒性腹泻患儿,A组51例作为对照组,仅采用双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗;B组65例采用双歧杆菌四联活菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗,比较两组用药后的临床症状缓解时间、疗效、免疫功能及不良反应.结果:B组临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率为96.92%,明显高于A组的82.35%(P<0.05);两组治疗7d后,IgA、IgG水平均高于治疗前,且B组IgA、IgG水平均高于A组(P<0.05).两组患者均未见不良反应.结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗可更好地减轻腹泻患儿炎症情况,增强机体免疫力,加速患者康复.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment of bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria and racecadotril in children with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods:A total of 116 children with rotavirus diarrhea who came to the hospital from October 2019 to April 2020 were selected and analyzed.51 cases in group A were used as control group and treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria,and 65 cases in group B were treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria combined with racecadotril.The clinical symptom relief time,curative effect,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical symptom relief time of group B was significantly shorter than that of the control(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in group B was 96.92%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%of group A(P<0.05);the levels of IgA and IgG 7 days after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IgA and IgG in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion:The combined treatment of bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria combined with racecadotril can more effectively reduce inflammation in children with diarrhea,strengthen the body's immunity,and accelerate the recovery of patients.
