Amateur Say--A View of China’s Constitutionalism

本文旨在审视当代中国宪法学研究中一个独特的思想体系及话语表达.王人博教授的《业余者说》从一个知识分子的良知始,以“语境还原”为法,梳理了中国近现代宪制发展史上的关键性概念,如革命、民族、社会主义、富强目标等,确立起对近世中国现代化转型之中宪制形成及特质的整体性理解.这样的研究方法及识见击穿了单一的法学学科的问题意识和专业界限,为研究中国宪法具体问题提供了思想平台,也使其自身成为学术研究共同体中不可缺少的部分.

This paper aims to review an unique thinking and discourse system in current constitutional study of China.Prof.Wang Renbo,in his Amateur Say,starts from the conscience of an intellectual,combs the key concepts,such as revolution,nationalities,socialism,prosperity and etc,in contemporary constitutional history of China,constructs a comprehensive understand of construction and nature;of China's regime.Such approach and thought,melting the barrier of disciplines,provides a idea platform for the research on specific issues of China s constitution,consequently enables itself to be an integral part of intellctual community.
