摘要
枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)作为我国传统中药,具有多种生物学功能,且分布广泛,青海、宁夏、新疆等都为其主要产地.枸杞多糖是从枸杞中提取出的一种水溶性多糖,为枸杞主要的活性成分,具有抗衰老、提高免疫力、促进睡眠、降糖降脂等功效.本文总结了近年来枸杞多糖研究的相关进展,包括枸杞多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构表征和药理作用等方面.
Lycium chinense L.,as a traditional Chinese medicine,has a variety of biological functions and is widely distributed in China,such as Qinghai,Ningxia,and Xinjiang.Lycium barbarum polysaccharide is watersoluble polysaccharide extracted from Lycium barbarum.It is one of the main active components of Lycium barbarum.It has the function of anti-aging,improving immunity,promoting sleep,lowering blood sugar and lipid and so en.This study summarizes the research progress of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in recent years,including extraction,separation and purification,structural characterization and pharmacological activity of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.
