摘要
随着全球气候变化,极端天气频发,森林火灾对森林资源、生态系统、社会和经济带来的损失日益严峻.为减少林火的发生和降低森林火灾的危害,需要明确起火原因,加强防控和宣传.本文根据大通北川河源区国家级自然保护区林火管理实际情况,提出加大防火立法宣传,加强科学监测,提高扑火手段,增强可燃物和火源管理能力,减少该地区森林火灾发生的建议.
With global climate change and frequent extreme weather,forest fire have caused increasingly severs losses to forest resources,ecosystem,society and economy.In order to reduce the occurrence of forest fires and the harm of forest fires,it is necessary clarify the cause of the fire and strengthen prevention,control and publicity.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of forest fire management in Datong Beichuan River Source Area National Nature Reserve,this paper puts forward that we should increase the publicity of fire prevention legislation,strengthen scientific monitoring,improve the means of fire fighting,enhance the management ability of fuels and fire sources,and reduce the occurrence of forest fire in this area.
