摘要
空中加油软管锥套受加油机的尾流场和受油机机头头波效应影响会发生飘摆不稳定现象,严重影响空中加受油的成功率和安全性.通过数学模型完全准确模拟软管锥套飘摆特性非常困难,而且飞行试验成本高、风险大.针对我国空中加油装备研制对风洞试验的需求,本文研究了大视场、非接触、定量化的基于高速立体视觉的空中加油软管锥套飘摆特性风洞试验技术,并进行了两座风洞的验证和应用试验.试验结果表明,基于高速立体视觉的空中加油软管锥套飘摆特性风洞试验技术能直观、定量测量软管锥套的大视场三维空间的时间历程动态变化轨迹曲线,可进一步定量深入分析飘摆形态、幅值、频率或周期等特性,为加油机和受油机部件选型优化、提高空中加油飞行安全性及加油效率等提供重要的试验数据依据.
Affected by the wake flow field of the tanker and the head wave effect of the tanker,the cone sleeve of the aerial refueling hose will sway and become unstable,which will seriously affect the success rate and safety of aerial refueling.It is difficult to simulate the swing characteristics of the hose-drogue completely and accurately through the mathematical model,and the flight test cost is high and the risk is high.According to the requirements of wind tunnel test for the development of aerial refueling equipment in China,this paper studies the large field of view,non-contact,quantitative wind tunnel test technology of the swing characteristics of aerial refueling hose-drogue based on high-speed stereo vision,and carries out the verification and application tests of two wind tunnels.The test results show that the wind tunnel test technology based on high-speed stereo vision can directly and quantitatively measure the time history trajectory curve of the threedimensional space of the large field of view of the hose-drogue,and can further quantitatively and deeply analyze the characteristics of the swing shape,amplitude,frequency or period,which provides important test data basis for the component selection and optimization of the tanker and receiver,thus improving the safety of aerial refueling flight and refueling efficiency.
