老年轻度血管性认知障碍患者血清C-反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6水平与抑郁情绪的相关性

Correlation between serum C-reactive protein and Interleukin-6 levels and depressive in elderly patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment

目的探讨老年轻度血管性认知障碍(mVCI)患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与抑郁情绪的相关性.方法采用病例对照研究,收集2021-03至2022-06在武警陕西总队医院门诊及住院的老年mVCI患者82例作为病例组,依据抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分再分为两组,抑郁组(43例)和无抑郁组(39例).同期在该院体检中心健康体检,体检结果各项指标均正常者76人设为对照组.检测血清CRP、IL-6水平,并进行统计学分析.结果病例组和对照组的CRP分别为(7.16±2.57)mg/L和(4.28±2.11)mg/L,IL-6分别为(7.43±1.81)pg/ml和(5.31±1.67)pg/ml,病例组的CRP、IL-6均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-7.664,P<0.001;t=-7.688,P<0.001).抑郁组和无抑郁组的CRP分别为(7.41±2.34)mg/L和(6.10±2.13)mg/L,IL-6分别为(7.67±1.76)pg/ml和(6.90±1.35)pg/ml,抑郁组的CRP、IL-6均高于无抑郁组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.642,P<0.05;t=2.205,P<0.05).结论对老年mVCI患者应重视监测CRP、IL-6水平,对不易觉察的抑郁情绪患者的早期诊断及干预有一定的指导意义.

Objective To investigate the association between depression and the serum C-reactive protein and Interleukin-6 in elderly patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment(mVCI).Methods Case-control studies were used.A total of 82 elderly patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment were enrolled in Shaanxi Provincial Corps Hospital of Chinese People’s Armed Police Force from March 2021 to June 2022.According to the testing standard score of Self-Rating Depression Scale,the patients were divided into 2 groups of the depressed mood group and the no-depressed mood group.During the same period,76 people with normal physical examination results in physical examination center were classified into the control group.The serum CRP and IL-6 levels were detected and the data were analyzed statistically.Results The serum CRP levels in the case group and in the control group were respectively(7.16±2.57)mg/L and(4.28±2.11)mg/L,IL-6 were respectively(7.43±1.81)pg/ml and(5.31±1.67)pg/ml,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(t=-7.664,P<0.001;t=-7.688,P<0.001).The serum CRP levels in the depressed group and in the control group were respectively(7.41±2.34)mg/L and(6.10±2.13)mg/L,IL-6 were respectively(7.67±1.76)pg/ml and(6.90±1.35)pg/ml,and there were also statistical differences between the two groups(t=2.642,P<0.05;t=2.205,P<0.05).Conclusions For elderly mVCI patients,attention should be paid to monitoring the levels of CRP and IL-6,which has certain guiding significance for the early diagnosis and intervention of patients with obscure depressive mood.
