文化产业发展对经济增长全要素生产率的影响研究

Research on the Influences of Cultural Industry Development on Total Factor Productivity of Economic Growth

本文利用2004-2016年我国大陆地区30个省级行政单位的面板数据,以文化产业内生驱动和外生驱动因素衡量文化产业发展,用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算各省经济增长全要素生产率,研究文化产业发展对经济增长全要素生产率的影响.实证检验结果发现,文化产业外生驱动因素会对全要素生产率产生显著的负向影响,而文化产业内生驱动能够显著促进全要素生产率提升.与对全要素生产率的影响类似,文化产业外生驱动对经济增长的影响显著为负,内生驱动的影响显著为正,且内生驱动的影响系数大于外生驱动影响系数的绝对值,总体上仍然能够推动经济增长.随着文化产业发展,文化产业内生驱动对经济增长及其全要素生产率的影响逐渐减弱,而文化产业外生驱动对经济增长及其全要素生产率的影响逐步增强.

Based on the panel data of 30 provincial administrative units in Chinese Mainland from 2004 to 2016,this paper uses the endogenous and exogenous driving factors of cultural industry to measure the development of the industry,uses DEA-Malmquist index method to estimate the total factor productivity of economic growth in each province,and researches the influences of cultural industry development on total factor productivity of economic growth.The empirical test results show that,the exogenous driving factors of cultural industry will produce remarkable negative influences on total factor productivity,while its endogenous driving factors can obviously promote the enhancement of total factor productivity.Similar to the influences on total factor productivity,the influences of exogenous driving factors on economic growth are significantly negative,while those of endogenous driving factors are significantly positive,and the influence coefficient of endogenous driving is greater than the absolute value of that of exogenous driving,so on the whole,cultural industry can still promote economic growth.With the development of cultural industry,the influences of its endogenous driving on economic growth and its total factor productivity are weakened gradually,while the influences of its exogenous driving are enhanced gradually.
