摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,对噻苯隆·敌草隆540克/升悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,该分析条件下,噻苯隆和敌草隆线性相关系数0.9998和0.9997;标准偏差分别为2.11和1.80;变异系数分别为0.58%和0.96%;平均回收率分别为100.01%和100.31%.
A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of Thidiazuron and Diuron 540g/L suspension by HPLC with methanol and water as the mobile phase,using C_(18) column and DAD detector was described.The result showed that the linear relative coefficient for thidiazuron and diuron were 0.9998 and 0.9997;the standard deviation were 2.11 and 1.80;the variation coefficient were 0.58%and 0.96%;the average recovery were 100.01%and 100.31%.
