摘要
本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇为溶剂,甲醇/水/磷酸溶液为流动相,使用Acquity UPLC^(@)BEH C_(18)柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定阿维·唑螨酯4%水乳剂中的阿维菌素和唑螨酯.结果表明阿维菌素和唑螨酯的标准偏差分别为0.0087和0.013;变异系数分别为0.85%和0.49%;平均回收率均为98.7%,线性相关系数为0.9997和1.0000.
It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of abamectin and fenpyroximate EW by reversed phase HPLC,using methanol as solvent,methanol and water and acetic acid as mobile phase,using Acquity UPLC^(@)BEH C_(18)column and UV wavelength detector was described in this paper.The results showed this method standard deviations for abamectin and fenpyroximate are 0.0087 and 0.013,the variation coefficients are 0.85%and 0.49%,the average recovery are 98.7%and 98.7%,and the linear correlation are 0.9997 and 1.0000.
