摘要
本文采用反相高效液相色谱法.以甲醇+水溶液为流动相,使用XDB-C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,检测波长225nm,对噻唑磷10%微囊悬浮剂进行定量分析.结果表明,其线性相关系数为0.9999;平均回收率为99.93%,标准偏差为0.037,变异系数为0.37%.
In this paper,a reversed-phase high performance liqui.d.chromatographic method.Using methanol+water solution as mobile phase,using XDB-C_(18)as filler,stainless steel column and ultraviolet detector,the detection wavelength of 225nm,carries on the quantitative analysis of fosthiazate 10%microcapsule suspension.The results showed that,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9999;the average recovery was 99.93%,the standard deviation was 0.037,coefficient of variation was 0.37%.
