摘要
本文介绍了使用C_(18)色谱柱,甲醇/水=80/20(V/V)为流动相,二极管阵列检测器,波长240nm,对噻螨酮和哒螨灵进行同时测定,分析结果表明:噻螨酮的线性相关系数为0.9975,标准差为0.03312,变异系数为0.80,平均回收率为99.79%;哒螨灵的线性相关系数为0.9982,标准差为0.07266,变异系数为0.45,平均回收率为99.88%.
A method for separation and determination of 20%EC mix of Hexythiazox and Pyrid-aben by HPLC with Luna C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)column and DAD detector at 240nm and a mobile phase of methanol and water was introduced in this paper.The results showed that the linear correlations were 0.9975 and 0.9982,the standard deviations were 0.03312 and 0.07266,the variation coefficient were 0.80%and 0.45%,average spiked recoveries were 99.79%and 99.88%.
