摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用Inertsil ODS-SP C_(18)5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在205nm波长下对试样进行分离和定量分析.结果表明己唑醇和噻呋酰胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998;标准偏差分别为0.01、0.02;变异系数分别为0.08%、0.10%;平均回收率分别为99.8%,99.9%.
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of the sample by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase,Inertsil ODS-SP C_(18)250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)5μm column and diode array detector at 205nm wavelength was developed.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of Hexaconazole and Thifluzamide were 0.9999 and 0.9998,the standard deviation were 0.01 and 0.02,the coefficient of variation were 0.08%and 0.10%,the average recovery were 99.8%and 99.9%.
