老年亚临床甲状腺功能减退症病人血脂、血糖的观察 被引量：1

摘要 甲状腺激素对糖、蛋白质及脂肪的代谢均有促进作用,临床资料及研究已表明甲状腺功能减退症(hypothyroidism简称甲减)时血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)甘油三酯(TG)增高,血糖正常或偏低.亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(subclinical hypothyroidism),简称亚临床甲减,即指血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)升高,而游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)在正常范围,是一种临床较常见疾病.
