摘要
集输单元是天然气生产运输过程中的重要环节之一,生产过程主要依托分离器、闪蒸罐、压缩机等设备,通过管道进行气井天然气开采、增压、中转等作业.为有效防止传输系统冻堵,保障天然气生产、输送通道畅通,利用现有的可编程SCADA系统及设备仪表,结合集输单元自身特点,选择原有集输单元电伴热系统实现集输单元的自动控制.
The gathering unit is one of the significant steps in the process of natural gas production and transportation.The production process mainly relies on separators,flash tanks,compressors and other equipment,and conducts natural gas exploitation,pressurization and transfer operations through pipelines.In order to prevent the freezing of the transmission system effectively and ensure the smooth flow of natural gas production and transportation channels,we select the original electric tracing system to realize the automatic control of collecting unit by use of the existing programmable SCADA system,equipment and instruments combined with the features of the gathering unit.
