On Political Implication of Marx’s Doctoral Thesis:based on the Context of History of Legal Philosophy in German Idealism

摘要马克思《博士论文》的政治意蕴主要落脚于"排斥运动"这个关键概念。依据德国观念论法哲学的思想史语境,马克思借助"排斥运动"旨在表达德国观念法哲学的轴心价值原则——"理性存在者的相互承认共同体"。这项轴心原则,构成了马克思《博士论文》的政治意蕴。厘清马克思思想在德国观念论法哲学中有着确定性的起源,将有助于深化马克思与西方思想传统的关系研究,籍此从思想史的根基深处推动当前仍方兴未艾的马克思政治哲学的研究。
