摘要
对粮食在机械化平房仓入仓过程中破碎率较高的问题进行分析,通过动能定理与动量定理构建了粮食的防破碎数学模型方程,找出了入仓过程中破碎产生的关键因素:降落高度h.通过防破碎方程导入,设计出YC-22型机械化平房仓防破碎装置,其原理为矮仓法降碎.该系统通过高位接料缓冲仓、可伸缩篷布滑道、双层旋转溜槽等核心部件的应用,大大降低了粮食的降落高度,从而减缓了粮食与仓底的撞击速度,进而降低了入仓过程中的破碎率,提升了粮食的品质与经济价值.
This paper analyzes the problem of grain crushing rate in mechanized granary.Based on the kinetic energy theorem and momentum theorem,the anti-crushing model equation of grain was constructed,and the key factor of grain crushing was found out:landing height H.By introducing the anti-crushing equation,the anti-crushing device of yC-22 mechanized granary is designed.Through the application of the core components of the system,such as high feeding buffer bin,retractable tarpaulin slide way and double-layer rotating chute,the falling height of grain is greatly reduced,the falling speed of grain is slowed down,the crushing rate of grain is reduced,and the quality and economic value of grain are improved.
