全自动脂肪酸值测定仪在粮食库存检测工作中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对脂肪酸值快速批量检测的需要,采用全自动脂肪酸值测定仪及新型全处理设备测定稻谷、玉米脂肪酸值,与国标法进行比较,测试仪器的准确性、重复性等参数.同时比较仪器法和国标法的检测效率.实验结果表明:供试的20个稻谷样品、20个玉米样品仪器和国标法检测结果的绝对差值在-1.8~1.7,绝对差值均不大于±2.0mg/100g、40组重复性仪器测试数据均小于2mg/100g,F检验表明仪器方法和国标方法测定结果的标准偏差不存在显著性差异,配对T检验表明仪器法的测定结果与国标法测定结果之间不存在显著性差异.重复性试验结果均符合实际检测的要求和国家相关标准的技术要求.在春秋季粮食库存质量普查等大批量检测时,准确度和重复性完全满足实验相关要求,并且能够实现脂肪酸值检测过程自动化需要,降低了对操作人员的技术要求,工作效率比人工法滴定提高一倍以上,减轻了检验人员的工作量和劳动强度. In response to the need for rapid batch detection of fatty acid values,an automatic fatty acid value analyzer and a new type of full-processing equipment were used to measure the fatty acid values of rice and corn,and compared with the national standard method to test the accuracy and repeatability of the testing instrument.At the same time,the detection efficiency of the instrument method and the national standard method was compared.The experimental results show that the absolute difference between the test results of the 20 rice samples and 20 corn samples tested by the instrument and the national standard method is between-1.8 and 1.7,and the absolute difference is not greater than±2.0 mg/100 g.The test data of 40 groups of repeatability instruments are all less than 2 mg/100 g.F test shows that there is no significant difference in the standard deviation between the instrument method and the national standard method.The paired T test shows that there is no significant difference between the result of the instrumental method and the national standard method.The repeatability test results are in line with the actual testing requirements and the technical requirements of relevant national standards.In large-scale testing such as grain inventory quality census in spring and autumn,the accuracy and repeatability fully meet the relevant requirements of the experiment,and it can realize the process automation of the detection of grain fatty acid value,reduce the technical requirements for operators,and work more efficiently than manual methods.The working efficiency is more than twice that of manual titration,and the workload and labor intensity of the inspectors can be reduced.
