摘要
为解决粮食仓储行业入库集中存在的时间短、任务重以及季节性用工荒和安全生产问题,研发了平房仓移动式散装液压侧翻卸粮平台,并在粮库应用。该平台对推进粮食流通“四散化”具有重要作用,可实现平房仓散装粮自动化作业,达到提高工作效率、节省人力、物力的目的,为企业带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。为解决粮食仓储行业入库集中存在的时间短、任务重以及季节性用工荒和安全生产问题。研发了平房仓移动式散装粮液压侧翻卸粮平台的研发,并在粮库应用该平台对推进粮食流通“四散化”具有重要作用,可实现平房仓散装粮自动化作业、快卸快装的要求,达到提高工作效率、节省人力、物力的目的,为企业带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to solve the problems of short time,heavy task,seasonal labor shortage and safety production in the centralized storage of grain industry,a mobile bulk hydraulic side tipping unloading platform was developed and applied in the grain depot.The platform plays an important role in promoting the wfour dispersing"of grain circulation.It can realize the automatic operation of bulk grain in horizontal warehouse,improve work efficiency,save manpower and material resources,and bring significant economic and social benefits to enterprises.
