机械通风系统对水运包装豆粕品质的影响研究

摘要 为了探索包装豆粕在水运过程中品质变化,以水分含量12.5%~13.0%,蛋白含量43%的包装豆粕为试验原料,运载船舶采用2500 t^4000 t件杂货船型,船舱内采用自然通风和机械通风技术,并对航行过程中船舱内温湿度、豆粕水分、蛋白溶解度、霉变情况进行测定与分析。结果表明,采用机械通风系统的水运豆粕船舶霉变、短重量、蛋白溶解度较自然通风系统的船舶明显降低。 In order to explore the quality change of the packaged soybean meal during the water transportation process,the packaged soybean meal with the moisture content of 12.5%^13.0%,and the protein content of 43%is used as the test raw material.Using 2500 tons to 4,000 tons of general cargo ship type,natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation technology are adopted in the cabin,and the temperature and humidity in the cabin,soybean meal moisture,protein solubility and mildew are measured and analyzed during the navigation process.The results showed that the degree of mildew,weight reduction and protein solubility of the waterborne soybean meal using the mechanical ventilation system are significantly lower than those with the natural ventilation system.
