小麦储藏期内自呼吸损耗趋势研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低小麦在储藏期内干物质损耗,延缓品质劣变,通过监测其在储藏期内自呼吸CO2释放量,对其自呼吸干物质损耗率进行研究。本研究结果为分析我国不同储粮生态区不同储藏条件下,小麦储藏期内干物质损耗提供数据和理论支撑。 In order to reduce the loss of dry matter and delay the deterioration of winter wheat quality during storage,the loss of dry matter during self-breathing was studied by monitoring the release amount of CO2 during storage.The results provide data and theoretical support for the analysis of dry matter loss during the storage period of winter wheat under different storage conditions in different grain storage ecological areas of China.
