摘要
骨髓转移癌(MCBM)临床并不少见,其误(漏)诊率高.对MCBM的发病情况、临床特征及实验室诊断方面的研究进展作文献综述,以提高对MCBM临床特征的认识,增强对MCBM的诊断意识,提高MCBM的诊断水平和检出率.
Metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow(MCBM)is not an usual event and its clinical misdiagnosis rate is high.Study advances of the prevalence situation,clinical features and laboratory diagnosis of MCBM from literatures were reviewed to raise the understanding of clinical features,enhance diagnosis consciousness of MCBM and increase the diagnosis level and the detectable rate of MCBM.
