摘要
目的通过锥形束CT测量下颌颊棚区骨斜面坡度,为口腔种植支抗钉在下颌后牙区植入位置的选择提供参考.方法收集2017年1月至2018年1月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院口腔科的成人患者200例,拍摄采集其下颌骨颊棚区锥形束CT影像,分别测量下颌第一磨牙近中根、下颌第一磨牙远中根、下颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙之间、下颌第二磨牙近中根和下颌第二磨牙远中根冠状测量面上的颊棚区骨斜面坡度,并对左右侧、性别和各冠状测量面间进行比较.结果从近中至远中5个测量平面的颊棚区骨斜面坡度分别为76.08±8.52°、68.16±9.37°、58.04±10.17°、49.16±11.09°和39.81±12.53°.不同的测量平面两两比较示下颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙之间至下颌第二磨牙近中根变化最明显.同一受试者左右侧差异有显著统计学意义,性别差异无统计学意义.结论位于下颌第一磨牙颊侧的颊棚区的坡度较大,第二磨牙区域坡度较小.左右侧颊棚区坡度存在差异.
Objective Toinvestigate the slope of oblique plane at the mandibular buccal shelf area by observing the cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)scans in patients.Methods CBCT scans of 200 patients performed from January 2017 to January 2018 in the Department of Stomatology,Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University were collected.All slopes of oblique plane were measured at five coronal planes on each side:the mesial root of the mandibular first molar,the distal root of the mandibular first molar,the interalveolar septumbetween the mandibular first molar and the mandibular second molar,the mesial root of the mandibular second molar and the distal root of the mandibular second molar.The left and right sides,gender difference,and coronal measurement planes were compared also.Results From the mesial root of the mandibular first molar to the distal root of the mandibular second molar,the slopes of oblique plane at the mandibular buccal shelf area were 76.08±8.52°,68.16±9.37°,58.04±10.17°,49.16±11.09°and 39.81±12.53°.Pairwise comparison in the different coronal planesshowed variation from the mesial root of the mandibular second molar to the interalveolar septum between the first molar and the second molar had significant difference.There was also statistically significant between the left and right sides of the same subjects,but not between the different genders.Conclusions The slopes of oblique plane at the mandibular buccal shelf area in the first molar were larger;The closer to the second molar,thesmaller the slopes were.And the difference of slope between the two sides of the mandibular buccal shelf area has statistical significance.
