"组合练习"在初中体育教学中的应用研究

摘要 2022年4月,教育部发布了《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》,新课标要求改变以往课本"繁、难、偏、旧"等弊端,强调教师应从"教教材"的教学范式向"用教材教"范式转变."组合练习"既是落实《浙江省义务教育体育与健康课程指导纲要》思想的关键,又能帮助教师拓展教学思路、积极开展教学改革,让教学活动更具趣味与实效.文章以初中体育为研究对象,从"组合练习"的基本含义着手,探索初中体育教学中"组合练习"的设计原则与应用策略.本研究旨在增进学生体质健康,促进学生全面发展,为初中体育教学改革提供有益参考. In April 2022,the Ministry of Education released the"Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)".The new curriculum standards require changing the drawbacks of previous textbooks such as being"complex,difficult,biased,and outdated",emphasizing that teachers should shift from the teaching paradigm of"teaching textbooks"to the paradigm of"teaching with textbooks".Combination practice"is not only the key to implementing the"Guidelines for Physical Education and Health Curriculum in Zhejiang Province",but also helps teachers expand their teaching ideas,actively carry out teaching reforms,and make teaching activities more interesting and effective.The article takes junior high school physical education as the research object,starting from the basic meaning of"combination exercise",and explores the design principles and application strategies of"combination exercise"in junior high school physical education teaching.This study aims to improve students'physical health,promote their comprehensive development,and provide useful references for the reform of middle school physical education teaching.
