Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Interdisciplinary Talents in Bioinformatics

生物信息学是一门新兴的交叉学科,生物信息学的技术和方法在生物基础研究及医疗实践中的应用越来越广.在当前新医科人才培养模式下,生物信息学的重要性越来越突出,现有的课程体系和教学内容已不能适应当前的人才培养需要.因此,在充分调研的基础上,文章尝试对医学院现有的生物信息学教学内容和课程体系等进行改革,以适应医学院校生物信息学学科交叉型人才培养的要求.

Bioinformatics is an emerging interdisciplinary field,and its technologies and methods are increasingly being applied in basic biological research and medical practice.Under the current new medical talent cultivation model,the importance of bioinformatics is becoming increasingly prominent,and the existing curriculum system and teaching content can no longer meet the current needs of talent cultivation.Therefore,on the basis of thorough research,the article attempts to reform the existing teaching content and curriculum system of bioinformatics in medical colleges,in order to meet the requirements of cultivating interdisciplinary talents in bioinformatics.
