技工院校新商科专业群"思创融合"人才培养模式构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Talent Training Mode of"Creative Integration"for New Business Specialty Group in Technical Colleges

随着教育机制体制的不断发展和变革,技工院校新商科专业群应着力打造"思创融合"的创新实践队伍,多维度探索"思创融合"创新实践理论,激发教师团队的创新潜能,促进思政理念与创新创业新商科专业群各课程间的融合.文章首先介绍了"思创融合"、三螺旋理论的内涵,然后针对新商科专业群"思创融合"人才培养过程中存在的不足,制订了"思创融合"复合型专业人才培养方案,最后从人才培养目标、教育课程体系建设、实践教育平台发展、师资队伍建设四个维度提出具体的策略,以期为今后的"思创融合"人才培养提供更多的借鉴.

With the continuous development and reform of the education mechanism and system,the new business professional group of technical colleges should focus on building a"creative integration"innovation practice team,explore the innovative practice theory of"creative integration"in multiple dimensions,stimulate the innovation potential of the teacher team,and build a good integration of ideological and political ideas with the courses of innovative and entrepreneurial new business professional group.First of all,introduces the connotation of"creative integration",triple helix theory,etc.Then,aiming at the shortcomings in the process of talent training for new business professional groups,this paper makes a training plan for composite professional talents of"creative integration".Finally,from the four dimensions of talent training objectives,education curriculum system construction,practical education platform development,and teacher team construction,specific strategies are proposed in order to provide more references for the future talent training of"creative integration".
