摘要
文章旨在分析学生在企业上岗培训过程中存在的问题,探讨基于OJT理念的激励政策和奖励机制的设计与实施,以提高学生在培训中的积极性和培训效果.文章首先介绍了OJT理念及其在高等教育中的应用,接着分析了现有的学生在岗培训体系存在的问题,然后提出相应的激励政策和奖励机制,最后通过实证研究验证了方案的有效性.院校和企业应充分利用OJT理念,建立更加完善的激励政策和奖励机制,为学生提供更好的实践学习环境,以培养更多能够适应市场需求的高素质人才.
The article aims to analyze the problems that students face in the process of enterprise on-the-job training,and explore the design and implementation of incentive policies and reward mechanisms based on the OJT concept,in order to improve students'enthusiasm and training effectiveness in training.The article first introduces the OJT concept and its application in higher education,then analyzes the problems existing in the existing student on-the-job training system,proposes corresponding incentive policies and reward mechanisms,and finally verifies the effectiveness of the plan through empirical research.Colleges and enterprises should fully utilize the OJT concept,establish more comprehensive incentive policies and reward mechanisms,provide students with a better practical learning environment,and cultivate more high-quality talents who can adapt to market demand.
