摘要
产教融合是高等职业教育高质量发展的必由之路,是人才供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手.文章以高职院校大数据与会计专业任课教师为调查对象,对高职院校大数据与会计专业人才需求以及专业标准建设现状进行调研,提出大数据与会计专业应根据市场形势和现代化教育的发展趋势,以产业需求为导向,与行业紧密协作,结合大数据与会计专业的特点,以培养符合大数据时代要求的应用复合型会计人才为目标,对本专业教学标准进行探索.
The integration of production and education is the only way for the high-quality development of higher vocational education and an important starting point for the structural reform of talent supply side.This paper takes teachers of big data and accounting major in higher vocational colleges as the survey objects,conducts a survey on the demand for big data and accounting major talents and the construction of professional standards in higher vocational colleges,and proposes that big data and accounting major should follow the market situation and the development trend of modem education,take industrial demand as the guidance,work closely with the industry,and combine the characteristics of big data and accounting major.With the goal of training applied composite accounting talents who meet the requirements of the big data era,the teaching standards of this major are explored.
