装配式建筑技能人才培养模式探索——以贺州学院装配式现代产业学院为例

摘要 装配式建筑正迎来新的历史发展时期,随之带来的是装配式建筑技能人才的大量需求.社会的需求是人才培养的最终目标,文章基于团队学习法和案例学习法,在梳理基于BIM技术的装配式建筑工程实践能力的基础上,系统地提出基于TBL-CBL的"四位一体"装配式建筑技能人才培养模式.以BIM技术原理为例,多阶段分层次开展装配式建筑工程实践能力培养,形成"网络+机房+基地+园区"的"四位一体"智慧式课堂.实践证明,该方法能调动学生的学习积极性,有助于学生装配式建筑工程实践能力的提升. Prefabricated architecture is entering a new historical development period,which has brought about a large demand for skilled personnel in prefabricated architecture.The demand of society is the ultimate goal of talent cultivation.Based on team learning and case learning methods,this article systematically proposes a"four in one"prefabricated construction skill talent cultivation model based on TBL-CBL,after sorting out the practical abilities of BIM technology in prefabricated construction engineering.Taking the principle of BIM technology as an example,we will carry out the practical ability cultivation of prefabricated building engineering in multiple stages and levels,forming a"four in one"smart classroom of"network+computer room+base+park".Practice has proven that this method can stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and help improve their practical abilities in prefabricated building engineering.
