With the rapid development of global digitalization,digital economy is becoming a new driving force and new engine for global economic growth,and is the direction of future economic development.Digital economy puts forward higher requirements for discipline construction and personnel training in higher education.By analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the discipline construction of finance and economics under the background of digital economy,this paper summarizes the value of combining disciplines of finance and economics universities with the development of digital economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the discipline construction of finance and economics universities:optimize and adjust the discipline structure and build a"digital+"interdisciplinary integration system;Build a talent system with digital thinking to train outstanding talents in the field of digital economy;Adhere to demand-driven discipline innovation,and accelerate the digital transformation of disciplines with advantages and characteristics.
