Analysis of Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of Maker Training for Local College Students

大学生创客创新教育具有重要的意义.地方高校在资源有限的情况下,需要深入研究创客培养成效因素的影响.文章从阐述高校创客教育出发,分析了大学生创客培养的成效因素,并通过DEMATEL方法建模,对学校支持、学生个体、环境影响、指导老师四个因素进行了探讨,并得出相关结论,有助于理解创客培养的成功因素,并为高校管理者和一线教师提供借鉴.

Innovation education for college students is of great significance.Local universities,with limited resources,need to conduct in-depth research on the impact of factors on the effectiveness of maker cultivation.Starting from elaborating on maker education in universities,the article analyzes the effectiveness factors of maker training for college students,and uses DEMATEL method modeling to explore four factors:school support,individual students,environmental impact,and guidance teachers.Relevant conclusions are drawn,which helps to understand the success factors of maker training and provides reference for university managers and frontline teachers.
