中学新任地理教师入职教育课程设计的理念及依据

摘要 教师入职教育课程设计是入职教育课程顺利实施、培训合格教师的前提.文章首先提出了设计新任地理教师入职教育课程应遵循的基本理念:师德为先、实践为重、全面发展、终身学习,接着指出了应遵循的主要依据:中学教师专业标准、教师教育课程标准、入职教育目标、专业发展基本情况.以期为一年一度的新任地理教师入职教育提供课程方案方面的参考和借鉴. The design of teacher onboarding education curriculum is a prerequisite for the smooth implementation of onboarding education curriculum and the training of qualified teachers.This article first proposes the basic concepts that should be followed in designing the onboarding education curriculum for new geography teachers:teacher ethics first,practice first,comprehensive development,and lifelong learning.Then,it points out the main basis that should be followed:professional standards for middle school teachers,teacher education curriculum standards,onboarding education goals,and basic professional development situation.To provide reference and inspiration for the annual onboarding education of new geography teachers in terms of curriculum plans.
