"双碳'背景下矿山安全工程专业人才培养模式的转变

摘要 随着全球环境形势和可持续发展需求的日益紧迫,传统的教育模式已经无法满足矿山安全工程专业人才的培养需求.为了不断适应双碳背景下的需求和发展,高校应不断优化和改进教育模式,加强教师队伍建设,并争取社会各界的支持与认可.基于此文章提出了新的教育理念和目标,即培养具备环境意识、可持续发展理念和创新能力的矿山安全工程专业人才.新模式的实施对于培养具备环境意识、可持续发展理念和创新能力的矿山安全工程专业人才具有重要作用. With the increasing urgency of the global environmental situation and the demand for sustainable development,the traditional education model has become inadequate in meeting the training needs of professionals in mine safety engineering.To continuously adapt to the demands and developments in the dual carbon background,it is crucial to continuously optimize and improve education models,strengthen teacher training and team building,while seeking support and recognition from all sectors of society.Therefore,this paper proposes a new educational concept and goal,aiming to cultivate mine safety engineering professionals with environmental awareness,a sustainable development mindset,and innovative abilities.The implementation of this new model plays a vital role in nurturing mine safety engineering professionals who possess environmental awareness,a sustainable development mindset,and innovative abilities.
