数字化时代五年制高职大数据与会计专业教学改革实践研究

摘要 数字化时代,会计人员需要具备数据分析、业财融合、数据管理、自主学习等多方面的能力.会计岗位对大数据与会计专业人才培养提出了新的要求,也推动了职业学校五年制高职大数据与会计专业的教学改革.文章梳理了五年制高职大数据与会计专业职业教育的现状,针对现状,通过优化人才培养方案、调整课程体系、提高教师教学能力、建设校内外实训基地等措施,提高学习者的职业能力和职业素质,全方位对接企业会计岗位需求. In the digital era,accounting personnel need to possess various abilities such as data analysis,business finance integration,data management,and self-learning.The accounting position has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of big data and accounting professionals,and has also promoted the teaching reform of big data and accounting majors in five-year vocational schools.The article summarizes the current situation of big data and accounting professional vocational education in five-year vocational colleges.In response to the current situation,measures such as optimizing talent cultivation plans,adjusting curriculum systems,improving teachers'teaching abilities,and building practical training bases both on and off campus are taken to improve learners'professional abilities and qualities,and comprehensively meet the needs of enterprise accounting positions.
