Exploration of Cultivating Innovative Practical Abilities for Postgraduate Students Majoring in Safety Engineering

随着社会对安全工程专业领域人才需求的逐渐增加,加强专业学位研究生的创新实践能力培养对于提升学生综合素质具有重要意义.文章从专业学位研究生的培养方案、导师队伍和校企合作机制三方面分析了研究生创新实践能力的培养现状,提出从课程建设、导师团队、创新能力、工程实践、评价考核机制、产学研用一体化等六个方面对创新实践能力培养方案进行优化,以期为安全工程专业学位研究生的创新实践能力提升提供指导.

With the increasing demand for talents in the field of safety engineering in society,strengthening the cultivation of innovative practical abilities for graduate students with professional degrees is of great significance for improving their overall quality.The article analyzes the current situation of cultivating graduate students'innovative practical ability from three aspects:the training plan for professional degree graduate students,the team of mentors,and the mechanism for school enterprise cooperation.It proposes to optimize the training plan for innovative practical ability from six aspects:curriculum construction,team of mentors,innovation ability,engineering practice,evaluation and assessment mechanism,and integration of industry,academia,research and application,to provide guidance for the improvement of innovative practical abilities of graduate students majoring in safety engineering.
