摘要
STEM教育作为未来人才培养的新趋势,在国外教育领域广泛开展,但目前我国高等教育涉及STEM教育的高校寥寥无几.高校研究生人才培养存在教学方式僵化、理论与实践割裂、师资力量有限、课程设置缺乏综合性、教学内容落后、评价体系缺乏科学性等问题.因此,本研究基于STEM教育提出要转变教学方式、多方支持推动产学研深度融合、建立跨学科教学团队、实行导师组负责制、重构评价体系的研究生人才培养路径.
STEM education,as a new trend in future talent cultivation,is widely carried out in the field of education abroad.However,currently,there are very few universities in China that involve STEM concepts in higher education.There are problems in the cultivation of graduate talents in universities,such as rigid teaching methods,separation of theory and practice,limited faculty,lack of comprehensiveness in curriculum design,outdated teaching content,and a lack of scientific evaluation system.Therefore,this study proposes a graduate talent cultivation path based on STEM education,which includes changing teaching methods,promoting deep integration of industry,academia,and research through multiple support,establishing interdisciplinary teaching teams,implementing a supervisor group responsibility system,and restructuring the evaluation system.
