Analysis of Employment Situation of Master's Students in Biology and Medicine from the Perspective of Degree Point Construction

文章以北京某高校生物与医药专业硕士生为研究对象,在该专业学位点的研究特色和培养体系的基础上,系统分析近五年来硕士毕业生的就业数据.重点针对该专业硕士毕业生在不同地域、领域和重点企业的就业趋势,得出促进该专业硕士毕业生就业的几点建议:专业学位点的建设应围绕国家重大需求和行业(区域)发展需求不断地调整和优化;加强产教融合,提升专业硕士生培养质量;扩展校企合作范围,促进学生高质量就业.

The article takes master's students majoring in biology and medicine from a university in Beijing as the research object.Based on the research characteristics and training system of this major's degree program,it systematically analyzes the employment data of master's graduates in the past five years.Focusing on the employment trends of master's graduates in different regions,fields,and key enterprises in this major,several suggestions are proposed to promote the employment of master's graduates in this major:the construction of professional degree points should be continuously adjusted and optimized based on national major needs and industry(regional)development needs;Strengthen the integration of industry and education,and improve the quality of professional master's student training;Expand the scope of school enterprise cooperation and promote high-quality employment for students.
