Comparative Study on Physical Health of Universities Students of Han and Zhuang Ethnic Groups in Guangxi in 2022

目的:通过分析2022年广西高校汉族和壮族学生体格、身体素质、呼吸机能指标数据现状,为探索并制定改善学生体质健康的方法提供理论依据.方法:运用文献资料法、统计学分析法和比较分析法对调研数据进行检验和比较分析.结果:广西高校汉族男、女生的身高、体重、柔韧性和BMI指数均值分别高于壮族男、女生的,并且前三项差异均具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01);壮族男、女生的50m、立定跳远、耐力素质、肺活量以及男生的引体向上、女生的1min仰卧起坐均值优于汉族男、女生的.结论:广西高校汉族男、女生的体格发育水平好于壮族男、女生的,而壮族男、女生的身体素质以及肺活量的整体水平好于汉族男、女生的.

Objective:By analyzing the data status of physique,physical fitness and respiratory function of Han and Zhuang students in Guangxi universities in 2022,this paper provides theoretical basis for exploring and formulating methods to improve students'physical health.Method:Using literature review,statistical analysis,and comparative analysis methods to test and compare the survey data.Results:At first,the averages of height,weight,flexibility,and BMI index of the Han and Zhuang students,the former of which was higher than the latter,there were significant differences(P<0.01)in the averages of the first three items.Secondly,the Zhuang students(both female and male)were superior to the Han students respectively in the averages of 50m sprint,standing long jump,endurance quality,lung capacity,pull-up of male students,sit-up for 1 minute of female students.Conclusion:The physique development level of Han students was better than Zhuang students,while the developmental tendency of physical fitness and lung capacity of the Zhuang students was better than the Han students.
