摘要 新课改对学生的英语综合能力提出了更高的要求,更加重视学生的英语综合能力的提升,培养学生良好的英语思维.在英语教学活动中合理使用分层教学手段,能让学生对英语产生浓厚的兴趣,保障全体学生都能得到有效的指导与帮助,提升英语学习效果.文章基于从教经验,在简要分析分层教学法的内涵和特点后,指出初中英语教师可通过采取课前预习资源分层、课堂互动难度分层和课后作业分层的策略运用分层教学法,并指出教师在教学实践中,要注重隐性分层和灵活调整分层结果,更好地发挥分层教学法对英语教学的积极影响,意在提高英语教学的质量. The new curriculum reform has put forward higher requirements for students'comprehensive English abilities,attaching greater importance to the improvement of students'comprehensive English abilities,cultivating good English thinking,and using hierarchical teaching methods in English teaching activities can make students have a strong interest in English,ensure that all students can receive effective guidance and assistance,and improve the effectiveness of English learning.Based on the author's teaching experience and a brief analysis of the connotation and characteristics of hierarchical teaching method,the article points out that middle school English teachers can use hierarchical teaching method by adopting strategies such as pre class preview resource stratification,classroom interaction difficulty stratification,and post class homework stratification.It also points out that teachers should pay attention to implicit stratification and flexibly adjust the results of stratification in teaching practice,in order to better leverage the positive impact of hierarchical teaching method on English teaching.This article conducts research on the application of hierarchical teaching in junior high school English teaching,with the aim of improving the quality of English teaching for students.
