机载设备专业教员,面临着教学层次多,涉及专业面宽、机型多等诸多特点,对教员的装备教学技能提出了较高要求,围绕提升机载设备专业教员装备教学能力,探索教员装备教学技能培养与分级考核方案,实现教员装备实践教学从单型到多型、从会讲原理到会操作、从会操作训练到会特情处置、会维修训练的转型升级.着实提升教员装备教学技能,为提高课堂教学效果,进而提高学员岗位任职能力提供保证.

Teachers of airborne equipment specialty are faced with many teaching levels,involving a wide range of specialties,multiple models and many other characteristics,which put forward higher requirements for teachers'equipment teaching skills.Around improving the equipment teaching ability of airborne equipment specialty teachers,we explore the training and grading assessment scheme of teachers'equipment teaching skills,so as to realize the practical teaching of teachers'equipment from single type to multi type,from speaking principle to meeting operation,the transformation and upgrading from operation training to special treatment and maintenance training.In order to improve the effect of classroom teaching and the ability of students,teachers should improve their teaching skills.
