胜任力导向视域下高职人力资源专业教学方法探寻

On the Teaching Methods of Human Resources in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Competency Orientation

2019年8月21日,习近平总书记考察张掖市山丹培黎学校时,提到"我国经济要靠实体经济作支撑,这就需要大量专业技术人才,需要大批大国工匠.因此职业教育大有可为."如何践行习近平总书记的精神,将高职人力资源管理专业向大国工匠的方向培养,打造技能型劳动者,鉴于此,文章运用文献资料法、实地参与式观察法、逻辑分析法,整合自己近十年的一线教学工作经历,分析了胜任力导向的内涵,解析了高职人力资源管理专业进行教学方法改革的必要性,进而尝试性基于胜任力对高职人力资源管理专业的教学方法进行了改革路径的探寻,以期推进高职人力资源管理专业教学效果的提高、教学质量的提升.进而达到拔高人才的培养质量,推进其更好地与社会无缝隙对接.

In August 21,2019,when general secretary Xi Jinping visited Shandan Peili School in Zhangye,he said,"our economy depends on the real economy.This requires a large number of professional and technical personnel,and requires a large number of large country craftsmen.Therefore,vocational education has great potential."How to carry out the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping,cultivate the professional human resources management major to the direction of big power craftsmen,and create skilled workers.In view of this,the article uses the methods of documentation,field participation observation and logical analysis to integrate the teaching experience of nearly ten years,analyzes the connotation of competency oriented,and analyzes the human resource management specialty of higher vocational education.The necessity of teaching method reform,and then try to explore the reform path of the teaching method of human resource management specialty based on competency,in order to promote the improvement of teaching effect and teaching quality of human resource management specialty.So as to achieve the quality of talent cultivation and promote its seamless connection with the society.
