校企合作背景下的高职院校德育工作探析

Moral Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作人才培养模式是使高职学生更快、更准、更好的适应企业环境的有效途径,也是职业教育体系中最具活力与发展前景的人才培养模式之一.笔者通过对当前高职院校德育工作的现状进行分析,提出依托校企合作,整合高职院校文化资源;完善德育内容,调整高职院校课程资源;创设德育条件,优化高职院校教师队伍等建议,以期进一步优化高职院校德育工作,提高德育工作的实效性.

The school enterprise cooperative talent training mode is an effective way to make higher vocational students adapt to the enterprise environment faster,more accurate and better.It is also one of the most dynamic and promising talent training modes in the vocational education system.Based on the analysis of the current situation of moral education in higher vocational colleges,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as integrating the cultural resources of higher vocational colleges,improving the content of moral education,adjusting the curriculum resources of higher vocational colleges,creating the conditions of moral education,optimizing the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,so as to further optimize the moral education in higher vocational colleges and improve the effectiveness of moral education.
