辅导员是大学生的教育和管理者,是高校思想政治工作的主要力量.高校辅导员的职业认同感不高.要改变这一状况,必须加强制度保障,明确界定辅导员的身份职责,减轻工作压力,提高生活待遇;完善晋升机制,积极拓宽辅导员的职业渠道,消除心头疑虑,增强职业信心;规范评价标准,科学考量辅导员的工作实绩,加大表彰力度,提升职业荣誉.

Counselors are the educators and administrators of college students and the main force of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The professional identity of college counselors is not high.In order to change this situation,we must strengthen the system guarantee,clearly define the identity responsibility of the counselor,reduce the work pressure,improve the living treatment;improve the promotion mechanism,actively expand the career channel of the counselor,eliminate the doubts and enhance the professional confidence;standardize the evaluation standard,scientifically consider the work performance of the counselor,strengthen the commendation and enhance the professional honor.
