This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the construction of the library of independent colleges in Jiangsu Province.Under the background of the evaluation of the Jiangsu Provincial University Working Committee,a series of measures to strengthen the construction of the library of independent private colleges,and the discussion of the independent private college library Reasonable personnel management,librarian qualification and access system and evaluation mechanism provide ideas for the independent college's transfer acceptance and the construction of library librarians.
