Research on Ways to Improve the Effectiveness of College Visits in Xinjiang

新形势下,做好家访工作意义重大.目前,新疆高校家访活动存在家访形式单一、受访学生覆盖不全面、缺乏后续跟踪等问题.因此,本文提出创新新疆高校家访实效性的提升路径,从四个方面提出具体解决措施,确保家访活动收到实效、走向深入.

Under the new situation,it is of great significance to make a good home visit.At present,home visits to colleges and universities in Xinjiang have such problems as single form of home visits,incomplete coverage of interviewed students and lack of follow-up.Therefore,this paper proposes an innovative way to improve the effectiveness of home visits to colleges and universities in Xinjiang,and proposes specific measures from four aspects to ensure the effectiveness of home visits.
